- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Package the item securely and include all original accessories and documentation.

- Clearly mark the RMA number on the package for efficient processing.

- The Dispatch team will co-ordinate for shipping the item back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds:

- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within [7] business days.

- The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

- Please note that the refund amount may exclude any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process as mentioned above.

- In case the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or provide an estimated timeframe for when the item will be available.

- Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the issue.

- We will arrange for the item to be returned or replaced at no additional cost.

Return Shipping:

- If the return is due to personal preference or non-defective reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
